Rally Point provides Mentor Peer Support for the Veterans Treatment Court, and assists all veteran’s as a Resource Hub. Veterans Treatment Court assigns a mentor to assess their needs related to housing, employment, VA services\/eligibility, pension and compensation, Social Security issues, DD-214 and other legal issues. Telehealth services available.<\/p>\n
