The Psychiatric Health Facility (PHF) provides acute crisis stabilization and Title 36 court-ordered treatment to adults in need of psychiatric intervention in a secured (or locked) facility. Additionally, PHF provides detoxification services for those experiencing acute withdrawal symptoms from alcohol or opiate use.
